My vacation is approaching quickly. Is there time to create shirt for us?
In most cases, our matching shirts ship 5-7 business days after your order is placed. Our personalized and custom shirts will ship in 7-10 business days. All shirts are shipped from our studio via USPS or UPS and follow the following arrival times. If you require expedited shipping, please choose 2 Day Air or Overnight Shipping at Checkout. Please be aware that production time still applies even when choosing expedited shipping. If you need a rush order, please email halanna@springdot.com or call (513) 542-4000 for assistance.

Do you accept returns?
We are unable to accept returns on custom made products with a family or event name on them. Please double check spelling and sizing before ordering. In the event that you've made a mistake on your order, please contact halanna@springdot.com as soon as possible.

Are your shirts pre-shrunk and do they run true-to-size?
Over the years, we have listened to the experiences of our customers to learn that our preferred brand of shirt, Bella Canvas, runs true-to-size in the Unisex and Youth shirts. For ladies shirts, we use a relaxed fit ladies Bella Canvas. All shirts are pre-shrunk for a consistent fit. Visit our sizing charts for exact specifications on all shirt styles.

Do you ship internationally?
While we do not currently ship internationally, we do offer our international customers delivery to Walt Disney World resorts at no charge. To use this option, just enter the address of your resort in the shipping field, and we'll take care of the rest!

We will be celebrating with little ones. Can I get personalized toddler or onesie shirts?
The artists at Celebration Shirts have created Toddler sized shirts! Simply select a Toddler size from the “Size” menu on one of our designs. For onesies, we do offer limited colors in newborn or 6 month size. Please contact us for a special order!
